Robin Krutzsch is an experienced defense litigator, whose practice focuses on bad faith and habitability claims, along with premises liability and personal injury matters. Her experience includes defending property managers and owners, engineers and other construction professionals, developers, contractors, and real estate and insurance agents and brokers. She has handled complex, multi-party matters, and is involved in all phases of case handling from initial investigation through discovery, settlement, trial, and appeal. Robin has worked for private firms, as in-house insurance and corporate counsel, and for local courts. She takes a practical approach to litigation with the goal of obtaining the best results for her clients and working cordially with opposing counsel.

 

Outside of work, Robin enjoys travelling, trying new foods, going to concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
