Alex Catalona is an experienced trial lawyer and litigator for clients in the manufacturing, construction, and technology industries. He brings years of courtroom experience to the defense of a diverse client base – from receipt of the initial claim through trial, verdict, and appeal. He is also frequently asked to craft efficient litigation strategies for the defense of entire groups of tort cases in multiple jurisdictions. Alex previously worked as a partner at Becherer Kannett & Schweitzer.

In addition to his core expertise in product liability and personal injury matters, Alex counsels companies and individuals navigating the complex legal landscape for handling and disclosing private electronic information on the internet. He also maintains a varied general business litigation practice which includes bringing and defending claims on behalf of national contractors arising from large-scale construction projects.
