Kurt Putnam’ s practice centers on litigation in the toxic tort area, as well as workplace injury, commercial, construction, and other civil tort litigation. Mr. Putnam has led cases from complaint to trial, including all aspects of expert discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial to post-trial motion and trial work. Mr. Putnam has tried six toxic tort cases in California to verdict as second chair. Kurt previously worked as an attorney at Becherer Kannett & Schweitzer.

When not at work, he enjoys movies, travel, logic puzzles, and crossword puzzles.
