Mark Mahoney is a trial lawyer with more than a decade of experience in high-stakes product liability and commercial litigation on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and individuals. During his career, Mark has developed an expertise in defending claims involving consumer products in which it was alleged that the product’s use resulted in catastrophic injury or death. Mark has worked with his clients and teams of attorneys across the country to shape national litigation strategies and resolve cases through trial verdict, arbitration and mediation. Mark’s practice spans all aspects of civil litigation and he has experience litigating in both state and federal courts throughout California. Mark previously worked as an attorney at Becherer Kannett & Schweitzer.
